IB Diploma Teacher Workshops

Ibicus is running the following teacher workshops in May and June. Before booking, it may be helpful for you to understand our definitions of experience before you go on to make a booking:

Not yet started teaching the Diploma; or taught less than a full cycle of the course; or not yet attended an IB workshop

IBAEM ‘new’ or IBNA Level 1 categories

Taught at least one full cycle of the course; or know the basics and require more information on teaching the course

IBAEM ‘experienced’ or IBNA Level 2 or 3 categories

Ibicus does not require you to have attended a new to the IB Diploma teacher workshop before you attend an experienced or mixed level workshop. You decide which would best suit your needs.

All our workshops are led by experienced IB Diploma teachers (many of whom are IB examiners) and cover all aspects of teaching the subject from course design and best teaching practices to internal and external assessment. The philosophy of the IB and the core (Extended Essays, Theory of Knowledge and CAS) are also be covered. (All subjects are dependent on sufficient demand.)
